Intensity: Low to Moderate
Focusing on balance, flexibility, and overall body fitness using a variety of deep-water exercises designed to strengthen your core muscles and enhance cardiovascular endurance. Classes start with a warm up and stretching exercises before engaging in more strenuous exercises. Please note the location of your class when enrolling.
Please check in with customer service when you arrive and head to the pool deck. Participants should check in with instructor to be checked in on class roster.
Classes can be cancelled due to instructor availability, weather, or pool conditions. Please check the Rainout Line (extension 40) for day-of updates. A direct link to register for Rainout Line updates can be found at icgov.org/pools.
