This 2 hour refresher workshop is for returning sites and staff members.
Program review will include:
The First Day
Food Safety Rules (Refrigeration, Ice Packs and Temperature Logs)
Ordering Meals / Hotline 327-7052
Daily Meal Count Sheet
Sharing Table (only 18 and under)
Leftover Procedures (refrigerate unopened and serve first following day)
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, confirm program information and receive training materials.
Each Person from your site that will serve food must attend a mandatory training class before meals will be delivered.
