This is an eight week metabolic resistance class which involves high intensity, total body workouts led by exercise specialist Kevin Nickel. Exercises will be a combination of medball, resistance band, and body weight movements linked together. Participants can choose to purchase as an eight session package or individual sessions, including on the day of the class. Exercises will accomodate a variety of fitness levels without inturpting the flow.
Kevin Nickel, MS, CSCS has been the head strength coach and adult fitness trainer for Pinnacle Sports Performance for the last 11 years and has worked with all ages and abilities. He received his masters in Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma and is certified by the National Strength and Conditionig Association. Kevin also competes as an elite amateur triathlete where he has collected over 50 career race victories and was a 2016 World Age Group Champion in ITU Long Course Triathlon.
