6 - Week Fitness Challenge
Starport is offering an 6-week Fitness Challenge! This new group training class is designed to enhance your mobility, stability, and strength. A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout intended to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day!

Each week will feature:
- 2 group workouts
- a 3rd workout plan you can do anywhere on your own (building in self-accountability)
This class is ideal for all fitness levels and is open to the full JSC community, including family and friends.
