ChiRunning can Transform Your Running by combining the principles of T’ai Chi with the laws of physics. This takes the benefits of running beyond just exercise and addresses the needs of the whole person, body, mind & spirit. You’ll learn to run focusing on your core while relaxing the rest of your body. Your Lean allows gravity to do the work instead of your legs.

Tips to train your best Participants will receive personal guidance for the Cooper City 5k on March8, 2015. Participation in the 5k run is optional. . Those who decide to run it will be able to evaluate their experience with Dr. Miller after the event. Perfect Timing!

by feeling the flow of relaxed movementGreat for Triathletes , transitioning off bike is easier.Alan Miller, Ed.D, teaches the ChiRunning course and has been personally trained by the author of ChiRunning, Danny Dreyer. He has a Doctorate in Education and uses adult learning principles to make class active and fun. Alan has been an avid runner since 1978, running 77 marathons including 29 New York City Marathons. He has conducted running workshops since 1981.

CHI-RUNNING: MOVING WITH NATURE

For all levels of runners and triathletes. Beginners and veterans learn the efficient way to run for a lifetime without injuries. This is a great way to start your fitness program or fine tune the one you have. You will be guided through fun exercises that leave you with a clear sense of ChiRunning.

For the price of a pair of running shoes, you can learn to run injury free for a lifetime. Private Training Sessions Also Available
