This is an easy to follow on-going class that welcomes new members. Enjoy a low-impact workout designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. We are dedicated to enhancing your fitness by promoting health and well-being through exercise. A punch card is required for this class.

NEW GUIDELINES: Masks are required to be worn in the building if you are not fully vaccinated. You can bring a guest to try the class with you, but you must use your punch card to pay for their spot.
