This activity is closed to registration.
Toning, flexibility, better posture, increased core strength and the body/mind connection are achieved through our Mat Mash-Up work. A variety of equipment adds interest and "mashes-up" the workout so class is always different. Our classes blend the best of ballet, strength, yoga and Pilates, providing an exciting and effective class for all fitness levels. Hit the barre and see results! One punch card good for all classes.
Please bring a mat to each class.
You MUST reserve a spot to be in this class. Once your spot is reserved, there are no refunds and your card will be punched . Please call during normal business hours to 630.323.7500, ext 0 to reserve your spot.
The Deadline for Registration is 12pm the day before the start of Class. If we do not meet the minimum of 7 participants, the class will be cancelled. If The Community House cancels the class, your card will not be punched.
No Walk In participants will be allowed, you must pre-register. A punch card is required for this program.
Minimum 6/Maximum 10 for each class.
Masks are required to be worn in the building but are not required during the class.
DAY OF CLASS: Stop by the front desk to check in with the staff before going to class.
