This is an easy to follow on-going class that welcomes new members. Enjoy a low-impact workout designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. We are dedicated to enhancing your fitness by promoting health and well-being through exercise. Purchase a 10-class punch card for $60 (for members) $80 (guests).
No Class 11/26, 12/24, 12/29, 12/30, 12/31MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN IN THE BUILDING.
No Walk In participants will be allowed, you must pre-register. A punch card is required for this program.
