Description

We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, November 20, 2019.

This Cross Country Extension will continue to improve your fitness up to the Crocker Turkey Trot. We will do intervals, speed and hill work and form drills to keep the participants in racing shape.
