Nov. 11th @9am
The Caldwell Classic 5K / Caldwell in Color, is an event organized by students at JPII. All proceeds support The Jason Foundation, which is dedicated to the prevention of youth suicide through educational and awareness programs.
100% of the registration monies goes directly to the cause.
Anyone who registers before or on Nov. 5th will be guaranteed a free t-shirt with a logo of the race. Any registrations after that will be first come first serve.
The course goes around Pope John Paul II High School twice, it goes through grass, gravel, and asphalt.
This year the Caldwell Classic is in COLOR once again! We will celebrate life and throw our worries in the wind with the traditional Indian color powders.
Participants can opt out of coloring stations and take a colorless route.
IF THERE IS HEAVY RAIN, COLOR WILL NOT BE USED.

Event details and schedule
Please arrive to JPII by 8:40 am, a little earlier if you need to pick up your race bag (football concession stand). You will be able to pick up your bib and race bag on Friday Nov. 10th between 11:30am and 3:30pm outside the JP2 library.
Be prepared to run on different surfaces such as asphalt, gravel and grass. The course is not friendly for traditional strollers. Dogs are welcome but must follow the "colorless route."
If running Caldwell in Color, your clothes will stain, particularly if you wear white which is traditional for color runs. Bring sheets or towels to protect your car seats. We will have leaf blowers available which effectively removes powder from skin, hair and clothes.
PLEASE WEAR EYEGLASSES AND A BANDANA TO COVER MOUTH WHILE PASSING THROUGH COLOR STATIONS.
