About this event
In this course, students are taught to develop their ability to create and design, using hair, skin and nails as their creative medium. Instruction is given in all areas of Cosmetology in order to take and pass the Massachusetts' State Board Licensing Exam. Instruction is given in all areas of Cosmetology. This includes styling, shaping, and coloring of hair; the use of skin products and makeup; and the care of. There is in – depth instruction in personal and professional health, decontamination and control, properties of the hair and all aspects of caring for hair, including cutting, coloring, as well as styling. Salon and Spa management and related business practices are also included as part of the course. To be successful in this course, students must be able to speak, understand and read English. All candidates must satisfactorily complete a CORI. Full Registration and Cost Details will be available December 2020. Expected Tuition Costs including textbook and full cosmetology kit: $7,850.00
