This class is to teach beginners as well as those who want to learn how to challenge their yoga practice through various breathing techniques, vinyasa’s, poses and stretching. Modifications will be given in order to allow for individual’s needs. The mind, body and spirit will be incorporated into each class. Please bring a yoga mat. FREE TRY-IT-WEEK CLASS!
This class is scheduled to be held in-person, but if for some circumstance we can not hold in-person, it will be held via zoom. Please provide your email so we can send it to your instructor so they may send you the zoom invite.
Tuesdays, 7:15 am - 8:15 am will be held at the Nixon Park Tennis Courts, weather permitting. If it is cold, class will be held in the Hartland Community Center.
Email is how we will contact you if a class is canceled due to low registration, being moved to a new location, going to be offered via zoom, if we can move you from the waiting list to the roster and etc.
Punch cards will be mailed directly to the instructor once they are purchased.
