Strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation can be discovered through the practice of Qigong. Anyone can benefit from Qigong’s easy to learn exercise. You will learn about the history and philosophy behind this ancient Chinese art as you strengthen and balance mind, body and internal energy. Maria Sprecher of the ShaoLin Center will lead this fun and exciting class, suitable for all ages and levels. Online Zoom class only; each half-hour class is worth ½ punch. This program will only be offered online, via Zoom, during the summer season. Punch cards will be mailed directly to the instructor once they are purchased.
