In Barre Stretch, we are intensely focused on improving core and total body strength using mostly isometric exercises and small range of motion movements that work to challenge specific muscle groupings. This class is scheduled to be held in-person, but if for some circumstance we can not hold in-person, it will be held via zoom. Please provide your email so we can send it to your instructor so they may send you the zoom invite.
