AEROBICS DATES: Monday's, Wednesday's & Friday's
*NO CLASS ON NOV. 11, 2020 (VETERAN'S DAY)
*NO CLASS ON NOV. 27, 2020 (IN OBSERVANCE OF THANKSGIVING)
TIME: 8:30am - 9:30am.
Aerobic exercise provides the opportunity to boost the immune system, slow the aging process, reduce anxiety and depression, lower high blood pressure, relieve stress, enhance the bodies healing process, increase breathing capacity, improve balance and coordination, increase flexibility and promote circulation.
LOCATION: COURTHOUSE STAGE AREA - 400 N. Douty Street FEE: $11.00 per senior 55+ / $16 per person non-senior
