About This Activity

Escape out here to Bermuda this winter for ideal island training! The World Triathlon Bermuda Training Camp will bring your 2019 triathlon season to the next level. This is an excellent opportunity to train on the official ITU World Triathlon Bermuda April 2019 and WTS Grand Final 2021 race course.

Bermuda’s temperate, subtropical island serves up ideal training weather along with Go! Athletics premier service of elite level coaches, expert physiologists, and pro athletes. The camp incorporates science based methods, physiological testing, and educational sessions to optimize performance. It’s ideal for beginner, intermediate or advanced triathletes preparing for short or long course racing. This one of a kind opportunity is suitable for any level triathlete from beginner, intermediate, advanced, professional and coaches to improve fitness, racing skills, open water swimming skills, bike handling, running form and more with Go! Athletics expert staff.

Just a 90-minute non-stop flight from NYC, camp participants will stay at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, a waterfront luxury resort that is also the official event hotel for the World Triathlon Bermuda. Turquoise waters, a fast street circuit and challenging runs around the island will prepare you for your best performance yet!

Triathlon Camp Schedule:

Thursday, February 14th:  

3-7pm- Check-In/Arrival, Welcome Reception, & Packet Pick Up

Friday, February 15th:

6-7am: Breakfast

7-10am: Run Physiological Profile Testing

11-2pm: Lunch & Speaker (Injury Prevention)

4-5pm: Open Water Swim (Open Water Swim technique)

Saturday, February 16th:

6-7am: Breakfast

7-10am: Bike (Cycling handling techniques) & Easy Run (run form, efficiency, technique drills)

11-2pm: Lunch & Speaker (Physiological testing results overview)

4-5pm: Open Water Swim

Sunday, February 17th:

6-7am: Breakfast

7-10am: Bike/Run Circuit Brick (Transition practice)

11-2pm: Lunch & Speaker (Gear/technology, Race Anxiety/Preparation techniques)

4-5pm: Open Water or Pool Swim

Monday, February 18th:  

Check out/Departure
