Returning students (8-week series, 2 nights/week), $115

Flowing Vinyasa Yoga generates heat in the body, combining strengthening cardio, breath techniques, and posture alignment that tones the body and aids in weight management and weight loss. This new extended class meets for 75 minutes twice weekly with yoga instructor, Michelle Grimes. Returning students, 100 Milers and Meritus employees: $115. New Students: $140. Drop-in, $15/class.
This 8-week yoga series focuses on a strong mind-body connection, while toning the body and burning fat. Learn how yoga speeds up the metabolism, enhances self-awareness, and helps encourage your progress to make healthier food choices. Meet up with certified yoga instructor, Michelle Grimes. Recommended for ages 15 years and older. All levels of experience are welcome, no previous yoga experience required. Bring bottled water & yoga mat.
