Yoga is a journey of self that brings many physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Through Yoga postures, mindfulness, and breathing techniques, we are able to naturally lower stress and anxiety, learn how to find calm in our busy lives, and reduce our chances of lifestyle diseases, such as hypertension. This series with Michelle Grimes encompasses Yoga postures to build strength, mobility, and flexibility, as well as proper breathing techniques to improve overall health and well-being. Deep relaxation, mindful movement, and breath awareness, will be included in every class! $140/new students, $115/returning students.
