Virtual Strength Training
Thursdays, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - $40/6-weeks. No drop-ins.
This full body workout is designed to tone and strengthen all our muscles and is suitable for both beginners and experienced students. Bring your own hand weights to train in the comfort of your own home. Class includes a cardio warmup followed by full body toning. Each week includes core exercises and a final stretch sequence on the mat. You will leave this class feeling strong and ready for anything! Led by ACE certified group fitness instructor Charna Moore.
Train in the comfort of your own home during this virtual class. All that is required is dumbbells/resistance bands, internet service and a device to connect to the class through the Zoom app.
