Course #1: Meal Planning for Busy FamiliesIf you're strapped for time but want to eat healthier, this class is for you! Learn trips to create (and stick to!) a meal plan so you have the ingredients and tools you need to make healthy meals in less time than it takes to swing through a drive-through!
Course #2: Healthy Cooking on a BudgetLearn the tips you need to make healthy, budget-friendly meals your family and friends will enjoy!
Course #3: Tricks to Eat Healthy When Eating OutWhether you're running to activities, stuck in catered meetings, or celebrating with family and friends, eating out should be fun! And it shouldn't sabotage your weight loss goals! Learn to make the most of eating out, so you can enjoy it and stay on course!
