This five- part series will help you embrace and enjoy positive change as a catalyst for new experiences. Learn mental techniques to handle urges, visualize your success, and incorporate joy into your positive lifestyle adjustments. Meets once weekly for 4 weeks, followed by final session 3 weeks later. First session lasts 2 hours, then one hour for each following session. Led by Marie Hawse of Hagerstown Hypnosis Center. Adults 18+. $275.

Program Details:- First session: Everything HypnosisLearning strategies to reduce stress, Cleaning out the closet (getting rid of "stuff" that would prevent success).
- Second session: Building on the BasicsEnjoying new foods and experiences, "We think and see food"

Individual sessions are available to be scheduled privately with Marie Hawse. Those interested in trying this experience one-on-one (for 5 sessions, $425) may schedule an individual consultation with instructor at her office.
