BEFORE SIGNING UP YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK WITH THE RECREATION MANAGER THAT ANOTHER VENDOR IS NOT SELLING THE SAME ITEM. WE DO OUR BEST NOT TO HAVE DOUBLE VENDORS. This event is Christmas in the Park and will be held December 19, 2018 at Henry Miller Park on 6th Street. Set up starts at 4:00PM and all Vendors MUST BE FULLY set up by 6:00PM. If you are a food vendor you MUST complete you Merced Cunty Forms that will be in your confirmation email by December 4th. All forms for FOOD VENDORS must be turned into City Hall. If it is after the date you must call Merced County directly at 209-385-7434. Booth Fee this year is $15.00. ALL BOOTHS MUST HAVE A CITY OF GUSTINE BUSINESS LICENSE. You can come to City Hall and purchase at 352 5th Street or Process the fee online. The Charge is $16 Per Event or you can visit City Hall for a Annual Permit. Total cost if you DO NOT already have a City of Gustine Business License is $31. If you do many events in Gustine you may want to consider a yearly business license for $104.00 that runs from July to July. Please be sure to read all rules and regulations when signing waiver. Also a copy will be in your confirmation email.
