Description
This class is designed for individuals ages 70+ or those with limited mobility who love music and movement. This fun filled hour will introduce you to many different styles of dance. No dance experience? No problem! All movements are demonstrated slowly so you feel empowered and you don’t even need to leave your chair! This class is the first of its kind in the Green Bay area and is not to be missed.
