This activity is closed to further registration.
Each class will consist of flexibility, strength, and tumbling skills: splits, bridges, pony kicks, handstands, illusions, butterflies, back bends, all cartwheels, round offs, chest stands, front/back limbers and walkovers, handsprings, aerials, tucks, layouts, and combinations. The last 10 minutes of class will be dedicated to push-ups and ab work to keep muscles strong enough to perform each of these skills!
TUMBLING IS BACK.........Our instructor, Miss Kelly, has had many students go on to star in a variety of professional venues, including university, off-Broadway, NFL & NBA dancers, Miss Fitness USA, cruise lines, and theme park productions. She is a certified fitness instructor and CPR certified.
