Gain strength and tone your muscles without high impact workouts. In this fun, comfortable setting you will receive a full body workout, allowing you to achieve the results you want. A stronger core, more flexibility, better posture and balance will be a natural outcome from the work done in this class. Modifications are made for all fitness levels. Drop in twice a week (6 classes per session) during any class times below. Bring a mat, 3-5 lb weights, and a light/medium resistance band.
