Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Monday, August 1, 2022.
This class is for athletes who can independently perform all the
skills taught in Beginning 1 & 2. Athletes will begin to learn more
advanced gymnastics and tumbling skills, such as push up to
bridge kick over, limber downs, power hurdle cartwheels, dive
roll on vault, chin up pull over and cast toe dismount on bars,
tuck jumps and leaps.
