This 60 minute workout is designed to combine classical pilates exercises and movements with the fun, energetic vibe of popular music. You will work on strength and flexibility through highly-focused movements that leave your body toned and transformed. You will need a mat, as the exercises will be performed from standing, seated or lying down positions.
