For beginners as well as those with some previous experience in yoga. Each class incorporates breathing exercises (Pranayama), Postures (Asanas), and Relaxation (Savasana). The pace of Hatha is slower than a 'Power' or 'Vinyasa' class, allowing you to work more on the alignment and form of each pose. This class will help you to increase muscle tone, improve flexibility and concentration. Whether you are trying to get in shape, cope with stress, or relieve tension in your body, this class will benefit you.
Drop-ins are available for $15 if minimum numbers are reached. Space is limited.
No classes on statutory holidays.
Bring your own yoga mat if you wish.
