Get your heart pumping and have fun with the ultimate workout in this dance-inspired group fitness class! Using different styles of music and going with the natural flow, this class is designed for all levels and abilities and will enhance the way you move and how you see yourself.
This class is included in your MYPASS membership or by paying the regular drop-in admission. Please check in with front desk when you arrive.
No classes on statutory holidays.
