We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Monday, August 8, 2022.
Participants in this class may be individuals with chronic pain (back, hip, knee, etc.), MS, as well as those post-surgery or injury. Participants will engage in muscle balancing activities and gentle movement explorations designed to help them ease into poses and learn how to carry these approaches into everyday activities such as walking, bending and lifting. All activities in this class are done while sitting in chairs.
Bring Yoga mat.
All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
