Just in time for Thanksgiving, add some hearty and flavorful leafy greens to your table! Cook along with Chef Sheila Crye and discover these delicious recipes: Chicken Piccata with Capers and Caramelized Lemons; Tuscan Kale with Almonds and Raisins; and Brown Rice Boiled Like Pasta.
Cook along classes allow you to follow along with the instructor step by step, engaging and asking questions, so you end the class with dishes ready to eat. You can also sit back, take notes, and enjoy watching the instructor if you prefer. If you plan on cooking along it is important to gather the necessary equipment and ingredients prior to the start of the class.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR VIRTUAL CLASS:
All class recipes, ingredient lists, and prep instructions will be sent via email 7 days before your class.
Each class is a password-protected Zoom session. Please download Zoom at www.zoom.us and familiarize yourself with it in advance of the class.
You'll receive an email with a session ID and password 60 minutes prior to your scheduled class time.
Please login to the class session prior to the start time—late attendees may not be admitted!
Please be sure your display name on Zoom matches the name of the person registered to attend. Only one device per name will be admitted and names that are not on the class roster will not be admitted.
The class fee is per device (phone, laptop, tablet) and you can have as many cooks in the kitchen as you like!
