Yoga Basics focuses on an overall balanced physical practice with standing poses, gentle backbends, twists, forward folds, and restorative poses. Class is taught as a Gentle Vinyasa (Flow), which emphasizes movement with breath, for greater mind-body connection. Appropriate for beginners and those who wish to deepen their understanding of foundational poses.
