This class will give you a dynamic full body, low impact workout that simultaneously combines strengthening and stretching, engaging all 650 muscles. Through standing and floor work, this class will increase your mobility, balance and flexibility for a healthy, toned and pain-free body.This is a hybrid class; this class will place you in the virtual option.
