Join us for some easy to follow, fun moves to get your heart pumping, along with exercises to strengthen your Core. Most work will be standing, but there will be prone core work that can be modified to suit your needs. Work hard, see results and have a great time in the process! Please bring a mat and light hand weights (optional).
