Have you noticed the yellow and black straps by the walking track at the Hilltop Needmore Community Center? These straps are used for total body resistance express, known as TRX. In this pop-up class, we will cover how to adjust the straps, how to use them to work your whole body, and prepare you for the upcoming TRX Express Classes!
