Join The Love Pit for our first Bully Brigade 5K run and Wag Walk 1K fun run. The Love Pit is a non-profit rescue based in DFW that works to raise awareness and change opinions about the pit bull and bully breeds.
This family-friendly event in Fort Worth will raise funds to save pit bulls and help The Love Pit make a donation to the Subsidized Campership program for Military Children at YMCA’s Camp Carter in Fort Worth, TX. This program allows the children of active duty, full-time guard and reserve members stationed in North Texas to apply for a week of overnight camp at Camp Carter at a subsidized rate.
Whether you want to run, walk or hang out, come meet some of our adoptable dogs, visit vendors and enjoy menu specials from Woodshed Smokehouse.
