Have fun learning the ancient art and modern styles of this dynamic dance! Belly Dancing is a naturally low impact activity that improves posture, core strength, flexibility and the mind-body connection. Adults will learn the basic moves, steps and rhythms that are applicable to either traditional or tribal styles of Belly Dance in this course with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Dance Orientale Award recipient Sherry Coffey! No experience necessary. Supply list: • Wear comfortable clothing In order to ensure the health and safety of instructors, students, staff, and patrons, we have limited this class size to 8 students and 1 instructor. All persons will be required to wear masks and maintain social distancing.
