Yin Yoga is a restorative practice designed to create deep fascia release in muscles and joints, detoxifying the body through remaining in passive poses for up to five minutes and sometimes longer. Utilize a combination of both gravity and your own body to release mental and physical stress and enter into a state of blissful relaxation. Explore meditation techniques to deepen our practice and cultivate a profound mind-body connection. This will be an OUTDOOR class and all CDC safety guidelines will be followed.
