Core yoga is for all levels. The core of our body is where all movement and energy stems from. In this class we learn the importance of core function, as well as explore core stabilization, how to engage our core in different positions, and how to integrate a strong core into daily life. We will also learn how to use our breath to guide our movement, as it connects our inner selves to our outer bodies. This class is led by a certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer.
