Barre is a total body toning, strengthening and flexibility workout using hand weights, and a mat. The simple movements and fantastic results will help make you feel fabulous. Participants will need to bring their own water bottles, mats, and hand weights. This is an Outdoor program , proper physical distancing and CDC safety guidelines will be followed.
