Description
Old school is the new school! Love the great songs that made you dance and love to move? Low impact movement but high impact on your health and mood is the name of this game! Bringing back simple yet fun aerobics with total body dynamic strength and stretch. All levels welcome! Doesn’t matter if you have two left feet because our mission is to have fun as we move! This is an Outdoor program , proper physical distancing and CDC safety guidelines will be followed. Additional information will be sent in the welcome email.
