This 60 minute informative self-care class is designed to increase your body awareness, improve mobility, and decrease your pain/discomfort using a small self-treatment ball (included). You will learn how the fascial system could be contributing to your pain and/or tightness. How to connect and tune in to your body so you can hear the pain messages before they are out of control. Learn how 10-15 minutes of simple self-care techniques a day can improve you quality of life. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
