Gentle yoga is a great class for anyone new to yoga or the continuing practitioner. Yoga helps to develop strength, balance and flexibility and helps calm the mind. We will work at a slow and steady pace using blocks and straps to aid in alignment. Friendly to any fitness level! Please bring a yoga mat.
