***Super Sprint Adult and Kids Triathlon at the Jorgensen Family YMCA in Fort Wayne Indiana
*** Duathlon, Aquabike, and Relay options for adults
Adult(12 and older) Triathlon - 300 yard pool swim; 8 mile bike; 2 mile
4-5 yr olds 25yd swim; 1 mile bike; 1/2 mile run
6-7 yr olds 50 yd swim; 1 mile bike; 1/2 mile run
8-9 yr olds 100 yd swim; 1 mile bike; 1 mile run
10-11 yr olds 300 yd swim; 1 mile bike; 2 mile run
