Description
Meeting the first Saturday of the month in the craft room. Pay a one time fee of $20.00 for all three sessions. October will be breakfast in the mason jar, November will be lunch in the mason jar and December will be dinner in the mason jar. When you register for October you will automatically be registered for November 2nd and December 7th classes. Mason Jars will be provided along with the recipe. Come and meet our Certified personal trainer and nutritional specialist Crystal and learn how to meal prep with the mason jars.
