For those of you unsure about what KYAH is: (pronounced KAI-YA!)
KYAH stands for Kick Your Ass Hard!!! It is a multi day camp held in a destination, which provides ample opportunity to swim, bike, and run.
KYAH provides a great opportunity to take your fitness level to new heights. The schedule provides for heavy volume training--all of which is coached and supervised by professional triathlon coaches.

KYAH TRAINING CAMP:
Get out of the cold and come train with RTA in sunny south FLORIDA!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Athletes eager to get a leg up on their spring training!
Expect 3 full days with an optional 4th day of comprehensive triathlon training filled with plenty of swimming, biking, running, and recovery.
CAMP FEE INCLUDES
•Water front accommodations
•Bike Transport from Ridgewood, NJ
•Entry to the Florida State, Pompano Beach Aquatics Center
•Daily swim, bike and run sessions
•Lectures each evening
•Swim Video Analysis (above & under water)
