Even if the cold and gray weather keeps you bundled up inside and from venturing outside for a workout, there's no reason you can't exercise right in the comfort of your own home. These YouTube workout channels will keep you stretching, jumping and sweating away the winter blues so you can stay in tip top shape, even while you hibernate. 

Yoga With Adriene
With 5.91 million YouTube subscribers, Yoga With Adriene has become the go-to channel for at-home yoga workouts. Adriene and her team have a mission to reach as many people as possible with high-quality, free yoga videos. There are yoga practices for all levels and bodies, including a popular Yoga For Beginners and Foundations of Yoga series. For those that want to work up a sweat, check out the Yoga for Weight Loss videos, and if you just need a bit of mental relaxation at the end of a long day, there's a yoga practice for that, too.
