The Move: Hanging Knee Raises

Playground Equipment You'll Need: Monkey Bars

Step 1

 

Grasp the pull up bars in a neutral grip with your arms and legs fully extended.

 

 

 

 

Step 2

 

Raise your knees to chest level, keeping your arms extended and your head level.

 

 

 


Repeat for the desired number of reps.

The Move: Push Up With Straps

What It Works: Arms, Core, Back, Cardio (Calorie Burner)
Playground Equipment You'll Need: Swings

Step 1

Begin in a kneeling position with your hands on the floor in front of you and your feet resting in the straps behind you. To modify: Place both feet on the swing.

 

 

 

 

Step 2

 

Lift your knees off the floor and keep your arms extended in pushup position.

 

 

 

 

Step 3

 

 

With your legs and back straight, lower yourself into a pushup. Press back up and repeat for the desired number of reps.
