Learn how to laugh at nothing at all and gain all the health benefits that laughter has to offer. No previous experience necessary. The Yoga portion involves various breathing and stretching exercises (no Yoga poses). Exercises are done either in a chair or standing. For Monday sessions, BYO chair and water bottle and if interested, pack a picnic to enjoy the Village Park Concerts after you laugh! (See back page for details). Adults of all ages welcome.
