Description
This running program for youngsters is similar to cross-country running, but without the difficult terrain. The group practices on Mondays with meets in the Coastal Running League held on Wednesdays (the All-League Meet will be on a Saturday). Skills and sportsmanship are taught with an emphasis on fun. A schedule of the meets will be forwarded to participants at the first practice. Meets are held at approximately 4:15pm. A bus will pick-up and drop-off ALL participants at FES on meet days. If the meet is in Falmouth , parents must pick up at Falmouth Community Park.

Striders shirts are available for $15.00. You must purchase a shirt if you do not already have one. Please indicate your shirt size on the registration form. Sizes are Youth S-L and Adult S-L.
No refunds after April 9.
MANDATORY ATTENDANCE at the parent meeting on April 26 at 6pm at the Mason-Motz Activity Center is a condition of participation. Parents whose runners participated in the Spring 2019 or the Fall 2019 do not need to attend.
